    It rarely rains in Southern California. Despite a rare soaking scene this past weekend at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Oakley’s NASCAR Star and defending champion, Tony Stewart, claimed victory at the shortened Auto Club 400 after finishing the 129 out of 200 laps in first place. O’s speed demon, tallying his 46th win, also tied NASCAR legend Buck Baker for 14th on the all-time list. Even better: He now has claimed 13 races as an owner/driver – matching Baker and Junior Johnson for sixth all time.

    Ryan Villopoto may be beginning to run away with the Supercross title. But he’s far from resting on his laurels. Oakley’s Motocross Superstar piled on even more points to his already commanding Championship standings lead – topping the field for victory in Toronto this past weekend to total 271 points. The triumph is his seventh victory on the season.

    It was the slickest, most challenging course this year. But the slippery conditions and resulting strange turn of events weren’t enough to keep defending Oakley Supercross Champ, Ryan Villopoto (RV), from victory in Indianapolis – clipping Justin Brayton for the win, while fellow O charger Davi Millsaps rounded out the podium in third.

    Sebastien Loeb is super accustomed to leaving just about everyone in his dust. Oakley’s Rally Car Superstar continued his speedy supremacy last week by tallying his sixth straight Rally Mexico race – blasting the field by more than 42 seconds. The result extends his already commanding World Rally Championship lead to a massive 66 points after three of 13 rounds.

    One thing’s for sure: James “Bubba” Stewart has always known how to get down and dirty on the track. Oakley’s Motocross Superstar, in his quest to reclaim the Supercross Crown, lived up to his reputation this past weekend in Daytona, romping through super muddy conditions to dominate practice and the 450 Main Event. The win racks up nine crucial points for James in the Championship standings, where fellow Oakley star Ryan Villopoto is currently leading.

    Sin City was definitely smOking this past weekend. Displaying Oakley Motorsports prominence to the full effect, Tony “Smoke” Stewart emerged with a resounding victory at the Kobalt Tools 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, passing Jimmie Johnson on a late restart to triumph in the Nevada desert. The defending Sprint Cup Champion wasn’t the only Oakley Speed Demon to find glory in Vegas. O’s NASCAR Nationwide defending Champion, Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., was clearly in top form as well, pulling away from Mark Martin on the final restart to claim his third Nationwide career victory and his first in Las Vegas.

It only took Oakley’s Motocross Star, Ryan Villopoto, two laps to establish his dominance in St. Louis this past weekend – smoking the field for the victory and extending his lead in the overall Championship standings by 13 points. O’s Justin Barcia has swept through the last few rounds as the man in the Lites East series – emphatically taking the last three stops to extend his own lead in the title race.

    Apparently, Oakley’s Motocross Team loves the A.T.L. In a monster sweep of the Supercross podium (and the Top Four overall finishes), the team, lead by resurging O star, Ryan Dungey, displayed its utter dominance in the Georgia Dome this past weekend. Rounding off the awards stage, Oakley’s defending Supercross Champ, Ryan Villopoto (RV), and James “Bubba” Stewart gripped onto their positions amongst the riders in the top of the Championship standings – capping off yet another super intense battle for 450 supremacy in the land of peaches.
